Historic restoration projects differ fundamentally from conventional construction. A current example of our work is the comprehensive restoration of Villa Kleineh in Helsinki, where we are serving as the main contractor. Built in 1840, Villa Kleineh is the official residence of the Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and one of Helsinki's most distinguished historic buildings.
