We provide main contracting services for the restoration and renovation of historic and culturally significant buildings. In our experience, the best results are achieved when we are entrusted with overall responsibility for the project, allowing us to apply our extensive expertise in building conservation for the benefit of both the property and its owner.

Historic restoration projects differ fundamentally from conventional construction. Older buildings require a thorough understanding of traditional structures, historic materials and time-honoured craftsmanship, together with the ability to make informed decisions when unforeseen conditions are uncovered during the course of the work. By acting as the main contractor, we ensure that every decision is guided by the long-term preservation of the building.

Our organisation combines a broad range of traditional craftsmanship with an experienced project management team. In addition to specialists in timber frame repairs, façade restoration, window restoration, decorative painting and traditional surface finishes, our project managers, site managers and technical specialists oversee project planning, structural design, cost estimation, procurement and scheduling. This integrated expertise enables us to deliver even the most complex restoration projects efficiently, sustainably and to the highest professional standards.

Over the years we have established a trusted network of specialist partners with extensive experience in historic buildings. Together we provide complete restoration solutions including architectural services, structural engineering, MEP engineering and installations, groundworks, stone masonry, building conservation, scaffolding and traffic management.

We work in close collaboration with our clients throughout every stage of the project, maintaining complete transparency in planning, decision-making and costs. Our objective is to deliver restoration projects that preserve the cultural and architectural significance of each building while meeting modern functional requirements and providing a sustainable long-term investment for the property owner.

A current example of our work is the comprehensive restoration of Villa Kleineh in Helsinki, where we are serving as the main contractor. Built in 1840, Villa Kleineh is the official residence of the Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and one of Helsinki's most distinguished historic buildings.
