Decorative Joinery, Balustrades and Bespoke Architectural Woodwork

At our workshop, we craft bespoke architectural joinery for the restoration of historic buildings and for new projects inspired by traditional architecture. Every piece is individually made to match the building's original design, historic references or the client's specific requirements.

We have extensive experience in recreating architectural timber elements that are no longer commercially available or that require traditional craftsmanship to reproduce. Projects may include restoring the elaborate decorative woodwork of a historic villa in Hanko, reproducing the balustrade at the Mannerheim Museum, or manufacturing new staircases, verandas and other bespoke joinery that faithfully reflects the building's original architecture.

Every item is manufactured to order. We work from original drawings, surviving building elements, historical photographs or other period references to recreate authentic proportions, moulding profiles and detailing. Where necessary, we document existing elements and produce new profile drawings to ensure an accurate and historically faithful result.

Our workshop manufactures staircases, balustrades, railings, verandas, roof finials, decorative timber ornamentation, mouldings, columns, corbels and a wide variety of other architectural details. Every project is completed with the same attention to materials, craftsmanship and historical accuracy that characterises all of our restoration work.

By combining traditional craftsmanship, carefully selected premium timber and extensive knowledge of historic architecture, we create bespoke joinery that not only replaces what has been lost but becomes a natural continuation of the building's history, character and identity.
