Samuel Ashcroft

Samuel “Sam” is originally from New Zealand and, after living in several countries and working in various fields, eventually made his way to Finland in 2011. Before joining Trähus, he worked as a photographer, farmer, and restaurant owner, among other professions. Today, Sam works as a carpenter as part of our team.

What Sam enjoys most is the opportunity to work on beautiful historical sites together with a great team. A project located in the Helsinki archipelago has stayed especially in his memory, as it required travelling there by boat every day. He also considers the Mannerheim Museum and Villa Klaineh projects worth mentioning.
